THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Halifax Investments Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office in Nairobi, P.O. Box 61323-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/10473/15, situate in the citysof Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 62812/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
