REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fredrick Arube Mumba, of P.O. Box 86372; Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fec simple of that piece of land known as subdivision No. 2636 (original No. 1872/45) section I, mainland north, within north of Mombasa Municipality in the Kilili District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 24982/I, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days fron the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
