THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mwana Arial Blat Abdul*, (2) Radhiya Hint Omar, (3) Gopalji Jim:* Gonatra and (4) 1Ceshvji Kammshi Itaithatha, all of P.O. Box 38491-00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in fee simple of that piece of land known as subdivision No. 315, section V, mainland north, within. Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, held by a certificate of tide registered as C.R. 4025/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that petiod.
