WHEREAS Kariuki Maina, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Loc. 16/Kigoro466, situate in the district of Thika, and Whereas the resident magistrate's court Thika, in DOs case No. 36 of 2007, has ordered and decreed that Ruth Nyambura Maina, the claimant be granted 0.7 acres of the said piece of land, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to him in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said court order and issue land title deed to the said Ruth Nyambura Maina, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kariuki Maina, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ACT, 2004 APPOINTMENT AND LIMITS OF FRONTIER PORTS • IN EXERCISE of the powers 'conferred by section 12 (1) of the East African Community Customs Management Act, 2004, the Commissioner ol Customs Services appoints: (a) the plaices specified in the first column of the First Schedule, as frontier ports for the purposes of the Act and the limits shall he those set out in the second column of the schedule:, (h) the places specified in the first column of the Second Schedule, as places for loading and unloading-olgoods for the purposes set in the' third coltimn of that Schedule and the limits of each place shall be those set out in the second column of that Schedule • (c) the places specified' in the first column of the Third Schedule, as places for the examination of goods (including baggage) within the frontier ports set out in the first column of the First Schedule.
