TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 302 OF 2007 By (1) Mukwanyaga Manene and (2) Loyd Mugambi Maina, both of P.O. Box 339, Chogoria in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Manene Miiru, late of Chogoria, who died there on 22nd July, 1999. CAUSE NO. 136 OF 2008 By Charles Magaju Mwongo, of P.O. Box 703, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Muongo Tuara alias Mwongo Rintuara, late of Meru, who died at District Hospital, Meru, on 28th December, 1981. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
