THE SUGAR ACT

NOTIFICATION

IN EXERCISE of the pgwers conferred by regulation 5 of the Sugar (Election) Regulations, 2002 the Minister for Agriculture gives thirty (30) days notice of meetings to be convened in the electoral areas specified in the schedule for the purpose of holding elections of the members of the Kenya Sugar Board. The meetings referred to in paragraph 1 above shall be meetings of grower and miller representatives in accordance with regulation 3 and 4 of the Sugar (Elections) Regulations, 2002. 25th April, 2008 THE KENYA GAZETTE 927 This notice is given on 25th for the elections to be held on 27th ' May, 2008.
