THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS KANU Youth Quarry Project Society, a body incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Naivasha, P.O. Box 1147, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 60.65 hectares or thereabout known as L.R. No. 24673, situate in Naivasha Municipality in Nakuru District, held under a grant registered as I.R. 85539, and whereas the said KANU Youth Quarry Project SoCiety, has executed an instrument of surrender in favour of Government of the Republic of Kenya, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 85539, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of surrender.
