WHEREAS Onesmus Kimani Ngunjiri, of P.O. Box 3338, Nakuru, in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 0.1000 hectare or thereabouts known as L.R. No. 18591/4, situate in city of Nairobi, held under a grant registered as I.R. 63082, and whereas the said Onesmus Kimani Ngunjiri, has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Kanju Trading Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 11130-00400', Nairobi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 63082, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
