WHEREAS (1) Rubeya Khamis Ali. Hajlaan, (2) Ali Khamis Ali Hajlaan (3) Swaleh Khamis Ali Hajlaan, (4) Said Khamis Ali Hajlaan, (5) Omar Khamis Ali Hajlaan and (6) Mohamed Khamis Ali Hajlaan, all of P.O. Box 98421, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0581 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XX/346, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is 'given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
