NOTICE is given that a petition for the winding-up of the above- named company by the High Court of Kenya, was on 4th April, 2008, presented to the said court by Gabriel Ochieng Rabare, of P.O. Box 6005-00100, Nairobi, acting through Messrs. Enonda, Makoloo, Makori and Company, advocates. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the said court sitting at High Court of Kenya at Milimani Commercial Courts, Nairobi, on the I I th December, 2008, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
