ACT

pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the undermentioned motor vehicles which are lying at the. premises of Alcorntech Auto Services, situated at Kaloleni Estate, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of outstanding repairs, storage and related charges, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by either public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds shall be defrayedagainst all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
