NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th February, 2008, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 1020, in Volume DI, Folio 99/1084, File No. MMVIII, by our client, Macharia Nyagah, of P.O. Box 1649-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, fon ‘rly known as Ronald Macharia Nyagah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ronald Macharia Nyaga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Macharia Nyagah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Macharia Nyagah only.
