THE NATIONAL MUSEUMS AND HERITAGE ACT

(No. 6 of 2006)

DECLARATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 25 (1) (b) and (e) of the National Museums and Heritage Act, the Minister of State for National Heritage, in consultation with the National Museums, declares the area specified in the schedule, to be a monument site within the meaning of this Act. Any objection to the declaration shall be lodged with the Minister within two (2) months from the date of publication of this notice. SCHEDULE KITAU–MANDA SKYLINE - All that area covering the Ras Kitau and Mangrove Skyline of Manda, situated at Lamu World Heritage Site, Lamu District in Coast Province. Dated the llth April, 2008.
