Box 87650, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as subdivision No. 1528 (original No. 198), section I, mainland north, within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, held by it certificate of title registered as C.R. 24281/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is giveti that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
