WHEREAS John Collins Omondi Odima, of P.O. Box 74602, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as KJD/Olchoro Onyore/2594), situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in civil suit, No. 7370 of 1995, has ordered the said piece of land to be transferred to Stephen Murithi Njomo, of P.O. Box 65651, Nairobi, and whereas the deputy registrar of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of the said Stephen Murithi Njomo, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that sifter the expiration of thirty (30) days from' the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Stephen Murithi Njomo, and upod such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Collins Omondi Odima. shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
