THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT KAKAMEGA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WYCLIFFE ODONGO OMUKOKO PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 168 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition fo grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the aba named deceased, who died at Isongo, on 12th September, 2000, 1 been filed in this registry by (1) Joyce Kwin Mukoko and (2) Apo Omukoko, both of P.O. Box 160, Mumias, in their respect capacities as widow and son of the deceaged. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in t registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date publication of this notice, the court may proceed,to make the grant prayed or to make such order
