THE RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT RUNYENJES IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF NJOKA NJERU NDEREVA OF KATHUNGURI SUB-LOCATION PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE No. 28 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Kathunguri, Embu District, on 23rd April, 1998, has been filed in this registry by Margaret Wacuka Njega, of P.O. Box 80, Runyenjes, in her capacity as widow of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order

GAZE= NOTICE Nu. 3751 THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS ACT (Cap. 7) THE PRESIDENTIAL AND PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS REGULATIONS ELECTION OF MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by section 42A of the Constitution of Kenya, section 13 of the National Assembly and Presidential Elections Act and Regulations 8 (3) and 14 of the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections Regulations, the Electoral Commission gives notice that: (a)An election is to be held of members to serve in the National Assembly for Wajir North; Kilgoris, Emuhaya, Embakasi and Ainamoi Constituencies. (b)Each political party wishing to participate in the by-elections must finalize the nominations of its candidates on or before the 24th May 2008. (c)The days for the nomination of the candidates for the parliamentary by-elections will be on 26th and 27th May 2008 and nomination papers may be delivered by candidates to the Returning Officers of the said Constituencies between the hours of eight o'clock in the morning and one o'clock itkhe afternoon and between the hours of two o'clock and four o'clock in the afternoon of the days. (d)In respect of Wajir North parliamentary constituency ALI ABDULLAHI IBRAHIM and MOHAMMED HUSSEIN GABBOW of KANU political party and ODM political party respectively will be the only candidates on account of having tied during the General Election held on 27th December 2007. (e)And for Kilgoris parliamentary constituency the candidates who were duly nominated to contest the General Elections held on 27th December 2007 shall stand nominated so long as the party sponsoring or party nomination of the respective candidate remain unchanged.
