NOTICE is given that the following adoption of Kisumu Municipal Council Valuation Roll by the Full Council meeting held on 18th March, 2008, it is therefore deemed to be the Valuation Rolls for the year 2008/2009 as stipulated in section 18 of the Valuation for Rating Act. And to levy flat rate of KSh. 1,000 on the land not incorporated in the valuation roll and falling within the extended areas (freehold) of the said Municipal Council of Kisumu as required by section 4 and 5 for the Rating Act which becomes into force, covering the following areas. Kisumu/Pandpieri. Kisumu/Nyalenda "A". Kisumu/Nyalenda "B". Kisumu/Kanyakwar "A". Kisumu/Kanyakwar "B". Kisumu/Kisule. Kisumu/Manyatta "B". Kisumu/Konya. Kisumu/Mkendwa. Kisumu/Kogony. Kisumu/Dago.
