NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th December, 2007, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 2415, in Volume DI, Folio 60/639, File No. MMVIII, by our client, Njambi Markt Mutumbu Ng'ethe, of P.O. Box 41546-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Njambi Mutwubu alias Njambi Kamau Ng'ethe, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Njambi Mutumbu alias Njambi Kamau Ng'ethe, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Njambi Maria MutumbU Ng'ethe, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Njambi Maria Mutumbu Ng'ethe only.
