WHEREAS Eliud M'iriithi Wamae (ID/0317333), of P.O. Box 44, Kagio in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.316 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Mutire/Kangai/2174, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. KILUNGU, Land Registrar, Kirinyaga District GAZb I i b NOTICE No. 3807 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Githuka Kuria alias Githuka Kuria Mbugua (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Juja/Juja East Block 1/1012, containing 0.891 hectare or thereabouts situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the resident magistrate's court at Thika, in succession cause No. 44 of 2005, has issued grant of letters of administration to John Kaman Githuka, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Githuka Kuria alias Githuka Kuria Mbugua (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Githuka Kuria alias Githuka Kuria Mbugua (deceased), shill be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
