WHEREAS Peter Mutundu alias Peter Mutundu Njugia (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ndarugu/Gacharage/366, containing 3.24 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in succession cause No. 131 of 1990, has issued grant of letters of administration to Mary Nyamathwe Peter, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Peter Mutundu alias Peter Mutundu Njugia (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument RL. 19 and RL. 7 and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Mutundu alias Peter Mutundu Njugia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Elsa Auma Omieri (deceased), of P.O. Box 380, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as East Kisumu/Nyahera/1599, containing 0.28 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the High Court Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 1809 of 2003, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to Michael Ernest David Humpreys, and all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title- deed and proceed with the registration of the said certificate of confirmation and grant to the said Michael Ernest David Humpreys, and upon such registration, the land title 'deed issued earlier to the said Elsa Auma Omieri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
