IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 2 of the second schedule of the Sugar Act, the Minister for Agriculture revokes the appointment of— Fredrick Nashon Owako, Saulo Wanambisi Busolo, Samuel Ogola Bonyo, Silvan Adero Omonge, Joseph Mbai, Evans Kidero, Himesh Patel, Julius Nyabundi, as members of the Kenya Sugar Board of Directors, with effect from 5th May, 2008.
