WHEREAS Peter Mutundu alias Peter Mutundu Njugia (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ndarugu/Gacharage/366, containing 3.24 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in succession cause No. 131 of 1990, has issued grant of letters of administration to Mary Nyamathwe Peter, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Peter Mutundu alias Peter Mutundu Njugia (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument RL. 19 and RL. 7 and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Mutundu alias Peter Mutundu Njugia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. NOTICE NO. 3806 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 35) ISSUE OF A NEW LAND TITLE DEED WHEREAS Eliud M'iriithi Wamae (ID/0317333), of P.O. Box 44, Kagio in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.316 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Mutira/Kangai/2174, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
