NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the under mentioned motor vehicles- . Reg. No. KLU 318 Peugeot 404 Pick Up, Reg. No. KYQ 079 BMW, Reg. No. KUU 149 PeugeOt 505, Reg. No. KWA 586 Mercedes Benz, to collect the said Motor Vehicles from the yard of Legacy Auctioneering Service% P.O. Box 15121-20100, Nakuru within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges, aoy other balances and cost of this publication, failure to comply with this notice to collect -the said- motor vehicles shall result in the vehicles being sold by public auction or private treaty withdut further reference.
