NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Libco Merchant to collect their sealed boxes stored under card number 098, Kimaiga Enterprise to collect their goods stored under card number 2338, Chaka agencies to collect their goods stored under card number 2164 and pyramid auctioneers to collect their goods stored under card number 2459 all lying uncollected at the premises of Pangani Auction Centre along Murang'a Road, opposite Guru Nanak Hospital, Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment to Pangani Auction Centre storage charges, any other incidental costs including the cost of this publishing this notice, failure to to which the same shall be disposed by way of public auction without any further notice.
