WHEREAS Brooke Bond Tea Limited, of P.O. Box 95105, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.2146 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality, Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block 1/ 449 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty(60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
