WHEREAS Hamis Buskhala Sumba (ID/2806810), of P.O. Box 96, Kapenguria in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.30 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of West Pokot, registered under title No. West Pokot/Siyoi/1506, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 768, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mosop/Kaptarakwa/313, situate in the district of Keiyo, and whereas the High Court of ICenya at Eldoret, in succession cause No. 132 of 2002, has issuedit-grant to Joseph Kiptabot Chemjor and whereas the said court has'executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 and transfer by personal representative to person entitled under will or intestacy (RL. 7) in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued to the said Kiptanui Lembunywa ( deceased) is lost; notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission (RL. 19) and transfer by personal representative (RL. 7) in the name of Joseph Kiptabot Chemjor, of P.O. Box 768, Eldoret, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiptanui Lembuywa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 16th May, 2008.
