REGULATION

PURSUANT to the provisions of regulation 27 of the Customs and Excise (Duty Remission) Regulations, 2002, the Commissioner of Customs Services notifies that the following manufacturers and producers are approved for the purposes of importation of raw materials for use in the production of goods for export under these regulations: The Kikoy Company Limited, Springtech (K) Limited, Kudenga Limited, Timaflor Limited, Dated the 8th May, 2008.
