TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this ;bud in: CAUSE No. 20 of 2008 - By (1) Fulla Singh Brar and (2) Gurmeet Singh Brar, both of P.O. Box 736, Kisumu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jaginder Singh Brar, who died on 18th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2008 By (1) Fulla Singh Brar and (2) Gurmeet Singh Brar, both of P.O. Box 736, Kisumu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hazara Singh, who died on 5th July, 1961. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
