IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 5 (2) of Insurance (Policyholders' Compensation Fund) Regulations, 2004, of the Insurance Act, the Minister for Finance appoints- Chege Waruingi (Prof.)--(Chairman), Bill Inamdar, John Kimeu, Frank Muchiri, Ann Rama. Kariuki Chege, to be Trustees of the Policy nolders' Compensation Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 8th December, 2007.
