REGISTRATION

WHEREAS The City Council of Nairobi , of P.O. Box 30075. in Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 10.000 hectares or thereabout, known as I.R. 36/VIU619, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi area, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 33892/1, and whereas the said City Council of Nairobi, has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Ali Jele Abdi of P.O. Box 49580-00100, Nairobi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring 'that the said grant registered as I.R. 33892/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days Trom the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and, proceed with the registration of the said instrument' of transfer.
