Box 139, Kabamet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haron Rotich Tigin, late of Baringo, who died at Kamiti, on 9th August, 1999. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2008 By Mary Waithera Kamau, of P.O. Box 807, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndirangu Kaman, who died at Moi Teaching & Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th November, 2007. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2008 By (1) Monica Wanjiko Kimani and (2) John Muhoho both of P.O. Box 736, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Muhoho, who died on 9th November, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
