TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.511 OF 2007 By John Odhiambo Onyach of P.O. Box 9808, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Onyach Baraza, who died on 4th February, 2005. CAUSE NO. 512 OF 2007 By Nereah Adhiambo Odeph, of P.O. Box 83, Rabuor, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Erick Odeph Mcodum, who died on 24th January, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
