GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4535

WHEREAS Martha Muthoni Maine (ID/13029371), of P.O. Box 387, Limuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/6488, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in civil case No. 85 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Julius Kabugu Ndungu, of P.O. Box 1017, Naivasha, vide .a decree/court order issued by the said court dated 30th November, 2007, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30)_ days from the date hereof, proviOed no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Julius Kabugu Ndungu, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Martha Muthoni Maine, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
