REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nzilani Muteng'e (deceased), is registered proprietor of thOse pieces of land known as Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 2/265 and 266, cointaining 0.400 hectare each or thereabouts, respectively, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Thika, in succession cause No. 402 of 2006, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Simon Sila Mutenge, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nzilani Muteng'e (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty. (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration _ , the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nzilani Muteng'e (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
