Box 429, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephefi Kamwele Nthenge, who died at Eastleigh, on 28th December, 2001. CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2008 By Munyao Mulinge, of P.O. Box 40, Masii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulinge Musau alias Mulinge Musau Mbuva, late of Utani, Kionyweni Location, who died there on 20th April, 1989. CAUSE No. 181 OF 2008 By (1) Benedetta Nthuka Muindi and (2) Juliana Waeni Mboya, both of P.O. Box 232, Masii in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mboya Kavita, late of Vyulya Location, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 29th January, 2008. CAUSE No. 286 OF 2008 By Agnes Mwikali Peter, of P.O. Box 1849, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Peter Kyungu, late of Kithini Location in Kenya, who died at Machakos Hospital, on 3rd April, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
