Box 170, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Mutavi Kinguu, late of Kimutwa Location, who died at Machakos Hospital, on 8th April 1979. Box 1, Masii in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mutuku Mull, late of IVIachakos, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd July, 2004. CAUSE NO. 245 OF 2008 By (1) Monicah Mukenya Mbui and (2) Erastus Wambua Mbui, both of P.O. Box 64, Kola in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son,. respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the Provincial General Hospital, Machakos in Kenya, on 19th February, 1993. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
