REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) Karson Premji Gangji, (2) Kanji Premji Ganji, (3) Narendra Raichand Shah and (4) Vikram Chhotalal Kanji Chhotalal Kalidas Kanji, all of P.O. Box 81117, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors lessees of that piece of land known as L.R. No.209/6000, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 18158, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
