THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sarah Wanjiru Wainaina, of P.O. Box 24684-00502. is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 1.874 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. 13087, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a grant registered as I.R. 26798, and whereas the said Sarah Wanjiru Wainaina, has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Kaman Kabbucho and the said Kamau Kabbucho has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Archdiocese of Nairobi Kenya registered trustees of P.O. Box 14231-00800, Nairobi. and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 26798, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
