WHEREAS James Nyambane Ndege and (2) Alice Nyambane, both of P.O. Box 21174, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors lessees of that flat No. 83 Block B29, known as L.R. 209/10775, situate in the city of Nairobi. held under a lease registered as I.R. 57404/1. and whereas the said James Nyambane. has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya. having its registered' office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 30088, Nairobi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 57404/1, is not available for registration. notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has beer received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of charge.
