WHEREAS Anthony Cyprian Chege (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Dagoretti/Kinoo/T.129, containing 0.104 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 2628 of 1997, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Cecilia Wanjiru Njiraini and (2) Salome Wairimu Wangugi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Anthony Cyprian Chege (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid, objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Anthony Cyprian Chege (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Kibue son of Gakuru (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mwerua/Kagioini/809, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior magistrate's court at Kerugoya, in succession cause No. 91 of 2000, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Bilha Wanjiru Kibue (ID/36623308), and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19, in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the .land title deed issued to the said Kibue son of Gakuru (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 to the said Bilha Wanjiru Kibue, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibue son of Gakuru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
