WHEREAS Sam Kairu Njonde, of P.O. Box 54210-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 1.471 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 7660/97, situate at Tigoni, Kiambu District, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 7719/1, and whereas the said Sam Kairru Njonde, has executed an instrument of charge in favour of Equity Bank Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 75104-00200, Nairobi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 7719/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of charge. . of title and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of discharge of charge. Box 4288-00100, Nairobi, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the lease registered as I.R. $4002/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and charge.
