REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Falcon Properties Limited, of P.O. -Box 42027, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Nairobi/ Block 97/374, 375 and 813, and whereas the Ist class magistrate's court at Nairobi City Council, in civil suit No. 25 of 2007, has ordered that the said pieces of land be transferred to Lee Mwathi Kimani, and whereas all efforts made to get the said Falcon Properties Limited to surrender the titles in respect of the title Nos. Nairobi/Block 97/374, 375 and 813 to the said registrar Nairobi have failed, notice ,is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided, no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of transfer and issue new land title deeds to the said Lee Mwathi Kimani, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Falcon Properties Limited shall be deemed to he cancelled and of no effect.
