GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5496

WHEREAS Njagi Mathiu Kanyi (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Abogeta/Nkachie/540, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Meru, in succession cause No. 156 of 2007; has issued grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant in favour of Julius Njeru Mutharnia, and whereas the said court has,executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the/ said land tide deed and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Njagi Mathiu Kanyi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days, from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has, been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission and RL. 19, and issue land title deed to the said Julius Njeru Muthamia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njagi Mathiu Kanyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
