WHEREAS Esther Kiria Njomo (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Sigona/571, containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Limuru, in succession cause GAzerrE NOTICE No. 5499 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Jennifer Wanjiku Wambugu, of P.O. Box 500, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipiaffigithi/Matanya Block 3/585 (Matanya Centre), situate, in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Nanyuki, in civil suit No. 6 of 2008, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to Purity Wangari Kahiro of P.O. Box 28, Baricho, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Purity Wangari Kahiro, and whereas efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration, of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land tide deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Purity Wangari Kahiro, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jennifer Wanjiku Wambugu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZhI It NOTICE NO. 5500 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Mbogo Gakindi (deceased), of Kigaa Sub-location, Embu District, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kagaari/kigaa/2443, containing 2.8 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Runyenjes, in succession cause No. 1 of 2000, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Antony Mugendi Mbogo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received vithin that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant, and issue a land title deed to the said Antony Mugendi Mbogo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbogo Gakindi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZEI r h NOTICE No. 5501 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Njeru Njafindu (deceased), of Kiriari, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngandori/Kiriari/1147, containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya, in in succession cause No. 656 of 2002,, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Njue Njeru, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received withid that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant, and issue a land title deed to the said Njue Njeru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njeru Njafindu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. .
