WHEREAS I have on my own accord, decided that an inquiry be held into the by-laws, working and financial conditions of Subs Teachers Sacco Society Limited (CS/7791), and in accordance with section 58 of the Co-operative Societies Act (No. 12 of 1997). Now therefore, I authorize (1) Aggrey Wamocho, District Co- operative Auditor, Kuria District and (2) Daniel Mutai, Co-operative Officer, Bomet District, to hld an inquiry within fifteen (15) days from the date thereof at such place and time as may be expedient and duly notified by them.
