WHEREAS I have on my own accord, decided that an inquiry be held into the by-laws, working and financial conditions of 10hoto Housing Co-operative Sdciety Limited (CS/5138), and in, accordance with section 58 of the Co-operative Societies Act (No. 12 of 1997). Now therefore, I authorize (1) Mesita Kiriama, Co-operative Officer, Meru Central District and (2) Nicholas Kariuki Ndei, Co- operative Auditor, Embu District, to hold an inquiry within fifteen (15) days from the date thereof at such place and time as may be expedient ' and duly notified by them. The part development plan relates to land situated within Municipal Council of Machakos.
