IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 82 of the
Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance appoints—
Andrew Mukite Musangi—(Chairman);

Ramesh Thakkar, Peter Neru (Eng.), John Mwangi Kariuki, Godfrey Obwanga Yuka (Dr.), Zipporah Wakasa Sisungo (Dr.), Francis Ben Njuguna, Martha Wangui Karanja, Daniel Otieno Ochung, to be members of the Nakuru Local Committee, for a period of two (2) years, with effect from 1st July, 2008.
