NOTIFICATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 5 of the - Sugar (Elections) Regulations, 2002, the Minister for Agriculture gives thirty (30) days notice of meetings to be convened in Mumias/Busia and Miller Electoral Area for the purpose of holding elections of the members of the Kenya Sugar Board. The meetings referred to in paragraph 1 above are in accordance with regulations 3 and 4 of the Sugar (Elections) Regulatins, 2002.
