WHEREAS City Council of Nairobi, of P.O. Box 30075, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 17.60 hectares or thereabout known as I.R. No. 11927, situate in the city of Nairobi, held .under lease registered as I.R. 59416/1, and whereas the said City Council of Nairobi has executed an instrument of lease in favour of Red Kaka Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 19858, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said lease registered as I.R. 59416/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of lease.
